Sergey appeared in court today, but in a holding room where the judge can only see them through a TV. Their physical condition, after being in the medical unit, seemed to be not serious, but exactly what their condition is and what they did to them is still not clear.

Some of the charges, including attempted arson, attempt to elude, and obstructing governmental administration, have all been disposed, leaving Sergey with possession of a destructive device (C felony), criminal mischief 2 (A misdemeanor), disorderly conduct 2 (B misdemeanor) and attempted arson 2 (A misdemeanor).

A 24-year-old Polish native who was arrested before the NATO Summit for allegedly bragging he could blow up a downtown bridge has pleaded guilty and was sentenced to four years in prison.

Sebastian “Sabi” Senakiewicz pleaded guilty to one felony count of falsely making a terrorist threat on Tuesday. Cook County Judge Nicholas Ford sentenced him to four years in prison, and recommended he serve his sentence in a boot camp, according to the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office.

Maddy Pfeiffer was released from the grand jury today on a continuance, after refusing to cooperate - their lawyer argued that the two weeks between subpoena and grand jury date were not enough to prepare. Maddy's next grand jury appearance will be December 14th.

Thanks to everyone who came out to the solidarity rally today. Remember to keep writing letters to Matt and KteeO, who have been sitting in prison since September 10 and September 28, respectively!
