AL-KHALIL, (PIC)-- Eichel prison administration in Be'er Sheva started shackling the prisoners' hands during their meeting with lawyers as an imposed punishment.

Lawyer Rami Alami, who visited Eichel prison on Wednesday, said that he met prisoner Amjad Izzat Kabha, 43, sentenced to 18 years, who told him that the prison service imposed a new punishment on captives in section 11 after their rejection of the policy of strip searches about two months ago.
